TERMINATION OF SERVICES
The client must submit required information within 7 days of receiving the requested information. If the information is not submitted within this timeframe, the client must pay a restart fee. 
RESTART FEE COST : $25 for graphic services
 $100 for website design services
I Am Keonna B. has the right to terminate service and retain payment if client becomes hostile/rude and lacks communication during the duration of the project.
REFUNDS
Deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable once a project has begin due to the nature of our services.
